Not what I was expecting but read
I had seen the price on these and thought they were going to be plastic because of how cheap they were. Nope, real glass. They packaged them quite well as to not damage during shipping as well which was quite nice. Thinking that the twinkly squares were smaller and that this was going to be plastic that I could cut I wanted to make a Christmas decoration. But it turned out not, the good part was I put a govee light strip in it and it looks amazing. I have it on my counter beating to the music while I do dishes. For parents you can do the same for a night light, total cost around 20 bucks

Eye Catching
The crackle glass sphere is beautiful but the vacuum molded base that holds the batteries is a bit flimsy. I removed it (it is glued in place) and changed the lights to a Govee 16.4 foot multicolor leds as suggested by another reviewer. If you install the Govee app, you get complete control over the color hue and brightness. It also can be set to automatically turn off and on each day. I put it in a coral display in my home for a beautiful effect.

Cute and I really like it but doesn’t look at all as pictured and the light strings came out of place inside so now I have to order a new one

Cloudy
This globe is not a crystal clear crackled glass. It looks cloudy from the inside and you cannot get inside the globe to clean it.

A Core Memory
Used this as a core memory for my Halloween costume (Inside Out). I received so many compliments. The only issue was the switch was broken and the light would not turn off. To preserve the battery I had to invert a battery every time.
