Good tea, very fine cut. Those who prefer long leaves should choose a different brand.

This review is for Taylors of Harrogate Yorkshire Gold Loose Leaf, 8.8 Ounce. I have tried several loose leaf teas from Amazon. This one has finer leaves and I have to use less of it to make a good brew. I think I've finally found one to order again. I've been looking for the taste of the tea that I drank as a child and this one comes the closest.

This is good tea. It is an 8 ounce package at a decent price. I blend it with Taylor’s Scottish tea, which is too strong by itself.

This tea is very good. I use a tea ball and steep for a couple of minutes and it is not bitter at all. I will continue to purchase this brand.

If you haven't tried high quality tea like yorkshire, it's a whole other experience. You can brew it very strong and get a lot of flavour without the bitterness. Doesn't even compare to the watery bitter teas of cheaper store brands.

I think for the price this makes a reasonable cup of tea. However, I would never call it a "luxury blend", it is a cheap blend of teas.It does brew strong; however I'm put off by a very astringent aftertaste that I just can't tolerate well, unless you offset that with loads of sugar or milk.The other annoying aspect of this tea is that it is highly staining. You will notice a brown coating left off in a white cup pretty quick. Imagine what it does to your teeth. I won't be buying it in the future.
