We installed the product 15 days back and since then we have been waiting for the water to clear but the water is extremely dirty. I have been using this product for a long time now but the last piece I ordered is defective since the water is full of mud. I need a replacement.Water softness:The previous products were very good but the last one is defective.

Great product, but after 6 months of using I wanted to change the filter but , I am unable to, since the filter is to tight to remove the cartridge, Need a solution for this

Water flow becomes very slow after just one month of use and it takes so much time to even fill the bucket, so it is very time consuming. Even you clean the inside filter multiple times still the water flow is very less. So I would say this is not so great product. Not at all value for money

I purchased this product on 8th April and have been using it so far, and this product does the work. Salt water gradually reduced. Water actually became normal. The stains on the tap reduced too. Installation was easy. Overall it’s a value for money product.

Overpriced product compared to its quality.I was using it for hot water tab, rubber cap within the product started melting. Material quality is cheap. You can use it onle for normal temperature water tabs, not recommending for hot showers.Waterflow reduced significantly, taking hr to fill the bucket😅I stopped using it after 2-3 months. Now it has no return or replacement.

I have been using your products for quite a long time now. I think this particular product you should not tag as shower head as its not adaptable to showers. It's meant for taps only. Even though the product is good but for showers its waste of money. Should guide buyers properly.
