Needs a good boiling
Really happy with this and great for warming up my lower back ahead of hockey games.I will say that it really needs a good boiling to make sure all the crystals have dissolved. Wait until you think they are all gone then give it a couple more minutes. It normally takes about 6 mins of simmering in total for my pack.

Excellent product
Excellent product. I use during dialysis as it is not unusual to feel cold during sessions. I have 2 so the whole 3.5 hours is covered and I can stay toasty and warm! The boiling of the pads in order to reuse is a bit of a phaff but only takes about 5 - 10 minutes so worth it. Would highly recommend for situations where a normal hot water bottle is not possible or appropriate.

Don’t bother 😳
First time using was good heated up well got quite hot lasted around an hour , after 3 attempts of trying to get contents as instructed to turn back to liquid I gave up and binned it , for the price expected more than one use ! 😡
