Great value for money. The heat level is amazing when pressed onto the body. I use them for my lower back and the stickiness at first seems low but after it heats up the stickiness is absolutely solid. They are very easy to apply and very comfortable to wear. 100% effective for me and much better than a hot water bottle. I recommend these to anyone.

Stick well to clothing with stays warm for a whole day. These heat patches are odour free and great value for money. Only criticism is they are a bit too small especially for lower back pain and can feel a bit ridged on your clothing.
