Love the price and quality is same as Epson. Do NOT update the firmware on printer. These cartridges and any other non-Epson cartridges will NOT work. I did accidentally update firmware and it was quite the task to restore it to normal.

Less than 10 pages printed, and this thing is dry like Death Valley in the Summer. Currently working withAmazon and their amazing customer service for a solution as I am outside the return window.Update> Amazon customer service contacted the seller on my behalf as I was outside the return window. They issued a full refund. Now that is a a company I will do business with again!

I am writing to say that I was terribly disappointed in these ink cartridges. I use my printer very little, but for important documents. Both of these carrtidges were inefficient. I got the cartidges in August, and have had to discard both of them already. My computer guy tells me never to use this brand, only the brand name of my printer. Needless to say, the first one worked for a while, and even though my printer said it was still half full of ink, it would not print. I tried the second one last night, and it would not work at all! I can send them back, if necessary, but I would like a refund, if possible, on my Amazon account. You can see I am a good customer, and you are a wonderful company, but once in a while, something happens. Thank you for getting back to me.Sandra Close

I have saved quite a bit of money on refills of ink for a printer. The company does a quality job in producing this product

Error: 'Cannot recognize ink cartridge'. Vendor states that by law, Epson must support 3rd party cartridges. Apparently Epson didn't get the message. There is no way to override this message.
