This weather stripping was easy to install. The directions were clear. It stays in place, is the correct size (as advertized), and effectively insulates the door frame.

The product works well for the most part in regards to the sound blocking. The biggest issue that I’m having with it is that it makes it hard to close the door and get the latch to engage the strike plate. from inside of the room, have to push pretty hard on the door knob, or the actual door neighboring the area around the knob to get it to click into place and close. it’s even harder from the outside when you have to pull the door closed.

This product would work for some doors but it’s very thick. My door wouldn’t shut with it on. I followed the given directions and even tried different ways. I returned the item and got a thinner version.

I got these primarily to block light from one room to another. So far it has stuck perfectly and works.

Adhesive was not adhesive. Useless!

We bought this product about three weeks ago when it was incredibly hot in Southern California. We were getting a warm draft coming in. Because this was easy to install, had it installed in about five minutes. I knew it was going to work well because I could notice the fit and sound reduction around the door after I installed this. Seems like a quality barrier for a great price.

My front door didn’t quite fit correctly so it rattled a lot and was quite annoying. I ordered this and it comes with alcohol swabs for you to clean the area before adhering this to the door frame. It worked very well and I did not need to use it for the entire doorway. It has been a couple months since I used this and it is still sticking very well. I have no issues and recommend this if you are having the same issue I did.
