it seems too small ,not worth $9.9 at all! why it is so expensive?

I bought mine for my brother who loves chain saw man, as a birthday present. It's soft and about the size of a small 8 in squishmallow, so I wouldn't buy it for myself but I dont think it's a bad gift for the price.
