This belt is great for anyone requiring some back support, but not be too restricted in movement. It is lightweight, and easy to wear,not bulky under clothing, but gives good support where needed

good but sadly not for me it doesn't support my lumber region all it does is keep me warm. Waste of money don't bother buying it.

I get occasional problems with my back, when I feel slight twinges occurring I use this for support. It certainly give you confidence to do things which you would normally not do if your back is not 100%

Yes .It works well when its windy or humid or cold outside or just need extra protection.Very well figured and made.I love it.

Good thermal properties good to work in all day being bricklayer. But!!- too expensive. And tbh hasn' t Got that much support . Found it quite small in width for my size . I got a medium. And I'm a 32" waist. But still a decent product. Very light. Thin. And comfortable compared to my last one.
