Great Mirrors!!!!
Great mirrors! I’m riding the Continental Divide Trail on a KTM 1190R and didn’t want to destroy my stock mirrors. I decided that the price was worth the risk and ordered these. I rode mostly interstate from Maine to Banff and these worked great. Very little vibration and easy to reposition. I’ve done about 100 miles of trails so far from Banff and into Montana and the mirrors are holding up great. Very happy with the purchase and if I do happen to damage one on the trip, I think I’d reorder a set and use these permanently over the stock mirrors. Oh, and they look awesome on the bike!!!!

Excellent for the Price
For how little these cost they are excellent. As previously commented use a flexible form a gasket/sealant around the mirror ball joint which will stiffen it up. Just gently pry the flexible boot down, apply some gasket/sealant, rotate it around, put it in position, and let it sit over night to stiffen up before riding. This tightens up the joint but still allows movement if needed. I also used a little on the other threaded joints so they won't back out and lessen any chance of vibration. The mirrors are just slightly bigger then what came stock on my XT250 but the black folding look is much better then the stock 1 piece chrome arms. The folding works well, uses a 4mm allen and 14mm on the threaded joints. The only down side was the stock threads on the right side are reverse thread but the new pair are the same thread pattern so it really only screws into the left side properly. Luckily or unluckily my right side was already stripped so I used JB Weld to secure the lower arm to the bike.

1 step up from stock
I have had these on my bike for a few months now. I had to replace the stock one on the right one because it was broken when purchased the bike. I road around for a while with the stock one on the left and one of these one the right to get a good comparison. I now have both on the bike. They are 1 step up from stock. These still vibrate pretty bad but at least I can make out what kind of vehicle is behind me. The stock I could only tell that there was someone behind me (the vibration was so bad that I couldn't tell if it was a simi truck or a car just that someone was back there). There are much better mirrors on the market but for the money these are great.

Perfect for KLX250!
Order these on price point. Just wanted a folding mirror that wasn’t a big loss if damaged. Turns out they’re a perfect clone of stock mirror in size, shape, etc, except they fold down. Very adjustable, sturdy and quality build. No noticed vibration. Better than stock for view when rotated outward a bit. Not seeing my forearm as much. Very highly recommended!!

makes life easier
If you have a duel sport and go from road to trail frequently then you want these! all my buddies have to stop to take off their mirrors and worry about where to put them or not having anything smash them when we go trail riding, but I just fold and go! they have definitely been worth it for convenience alone, but also if you drop the bike or push through some foliage it will save your mirrors and perches! my only issue is if you are going fast on the road or hit some heavy wind the mirror rounds themselves get pushed out of position, but its easy enough to just adjust them on the fly.

Useless above 55mph or with a thumper!
TLDR: The mirror head wanders from speed/vibration (aka a motorcycle). DON'T buy these. At first I was mildly impressed by the appearance of these mirrors. They looked fairly well made, especially for the price. Installation was pretty straightforward. (They are compatible with M10x1.5 mounts by the way.) I got them set up to fold down exactly how I wanted and seemed to be easy to adjust.Maybe too easy. And that's the problem right there. The actual mirror will not stay in place on the stalk at any speed above 55mph. The wind pressure just blows them over until you see your arms or the ground and that's it. Also, if you ride a thumper, the engine vibration at certain RPMs will do the same thing at any speed, even standing still! This renders the mirrors worthless and they are coming off my bike immediately. Not only are these mirrors disappointing, they are dangerous. I can't tell you how many times I had to readjust these things yesterday! There is not anyway I can see to adjust the tension on these to stop the mirror from wandering or falling down, and even between the two of them one is worse than the other.Remember the phrase, "you get what you pay for" because that clearly applies here.

Slightly parabolic, very adjustable, kinda cheap, not bad.
The ad says “wide vision” in one place. I didn’t expect that to mean that it’s actually parabolic. I hate parabolic lenses and the ad doesn’t say that. It’s not EXTREMELY parabolic, but you can immediately tell something isn’t quite right when you look at it. I’m glad one was broken when delivered so I had a good reason to return them.Other than that, they looked okay, were very adjustable, and would work well for someone who wants a slightly parabolic mirror, assuming they aren’t broken when they show up. The packing left a lot to be desired.
