It does the job!
Works really well and is easy to use, brought our carpets back to nearly new. As per warning, use in ventilated rooms.(I also wore a mask as I have a chest complaint.) I can recommend it!

Not a great smell, OK for a quick ish clean of carpets
I did my lounge and bedroom carpets, it's easy to use, shake it on, brush it in, wait, hoover it up. It made a difference, carpets look cleaner, having a back problem, I found the brushing it in quite a chore, hoovering is always a chore, I left it for an hour or more, and then hoovered it I have to say I think it'll need hoovering again as it doesn't look as if it's all up, I took the filter out of hoover and rinsed it straight after I hoovered, as a friend left heres and she said it set like stone, I find the smell over powering, it's nit all that pleasantl, I can't even tjinn if anything it smells like. A lavender smell would be better suited, but it's definitely caught the back of my throat, I personally wouldn't use it again, it's easier and not much more to rent the rug Dr and do the whole house. I'm not looking forward to hoovering again later. My cat doesn't like to walk on the cleaner carpets now, strange little thing that she is. I also knocked a glass of vimto over onto the powder, not a great start.

Pretty good but a right faff
In theory it sounds easy to use but it’s a total faff. It seems to have brighten an old carpet and I’m the 80s and another probably about 10/15 years old. Also used it on a year old carpet which is light in colour and it has a couple small even lighter spots.Given reviews, followed instructions ruins fastidiously - sprinkled on, brushed in, brushed in some more in bedroom, stairs and foot fall path in living room, and high took about an hour. Left for 20 mins, hoovered living room, still felt like it had a residue, left for another 30/40 mins hoovered again, was much better but will prolly feel normal again after another hoover. Then onto stairs and bedroom. Bedroom had had about an hour, hoovered it super slowly and went over loads - still feels like it needs another go.Was more sparing in the initial dusting on the short old stairs carpet and that came up easiest. Used a lot more in bedroom as trying to get rid on an old mould smell. Well it smells of the product now at least, instead of mould so win there! Is an alright smell not too offensive. But it’s taken hours of scrubbing on hands and knees and hoovering a million times - and in all the corners and skirting cos it goes everywhere. So I think it’s done what I needed it to do but I have long covid and reckon I’ll have a massive fatigue crash tomorrow after all this.Reckon the product is better for small areas - like a rug or heavy foot fall area instead of a whole room.

Brought up our 1 year old carpet like new!
We invested in new carpets last year and a year later, they are starting to look a bit tired. Not particularly dirty, but slightly flattened and not like new.The online reviews and YouTube video for this product seem to show it refreshes carpets. It takes a bit of effort to get results - but I would say it's worth it.Our lounge carpet is about 15 sq metres and this product is a perfect amount for it.Following the instructions I sprinkled on the powder and worked in with a clean hand brush in sections. This took about an hour to do the whole carpet.I left for another 30 mins.I then started to vacuum up, slowly in order to maximise the effect.A word of warning - if using a cordless vacuum (we have a Dyson v7) it fills the bin REALLY quickly. I had to empty 5 times in cleaning the carpet. But the results are worth it. The carpet smells fresh and returned to a springy feeling. It also almost shines (not sure if they use optical brighteners in the product).I've now subscribed to this every 2 months in order to keep out carpets lasting longer and fresher.I would recommend

It's ok i guess
I feel that the powder did nothing in terms of picking up loose dirt; however, it did reduce the appearance of some stains. If you have a powerful Vacuum and have not many stains, it's not worth it.

A lease of life
I have a light brown carpet fitted through two rooms. The carpet is maybe 18 years old and, despite frequent vacuuming, certainly shows a well trodden route across it. The fabric is actually very good but the ingrained unmoveable track marks had me thinking a new carpet was well overdue. I considered hiring a carpet cleaner but thought the carpet was too far gone for that. This was just a gamble for a few poundsI bought this stuff and read the instructions. Set aside a morning and acquired a hand scrubbing brush. I shook the bag before I opened it and sprinkled the moist powder lightly over about a metre square, I scrubbed it in until that area was uniformly white, adding a little more where there wasn't enough, the surplus got brushed across to start the next square .. you get the idea. I had used about 2/3rds of the bag and had a white slightly damp carpet, I went out for a few hours to ensure the powder was completely dry (the instructions say it should be dry in about 20 minutes but the important thing seems to be that it is dry).I started to vacuum and, as I had just poured 500g of powder down, there was 500g to come back up. It filled my poor stick cleaner three times. The difference was amazing but there were still some track mark remnants in the very heavy areas, I sprinkled the remaining powder just over these areas; scrubbed, dried and vacuumed - job done. If you find you have ultra clean areas by over scrubbing, do not panic - a few days of normal footfall will even it all outI thought I would try £14 before spending £3000 - glad I did
