My wife reviews this product:When I received this tin, it was dented in the top and side as it doesn't come in any kind of box. So I thought "well, that's not going to work for a present to anyone". First star down.I noticed that the lid didn't have any kind of film or sellotape around it.Then I twisted the tin lid and there was the product. No foil lid, no anti-tamper, nothing. Anybody in the delivery chain could have opened it, take some away or add anything to it. So there goes another star.The product itself is a classic sugar scrub with therapeutic oils. It smothers well once it touches the wet skin. You need less than a hazelnut size to do the whole face and neck so the tin will last about 3 months if you use it twice a week.It scrubs deeply and the oils prevent it hurting. It smells strongly of orange. I would recommend the product itself if it wasn't for the unhygienic packaging.I am also puzzled about two of the ingredients which have chemical names and a little star next to them, in a product which pride itself in being natural. I cannot find anywhere what the star means and it isn't printed in the tin. Not convinced.

I bought this product on January 10th and just started using it only to realise that I was sold an expired product. This is totally unacceptable especially since it is a face/body product.

I have awful skin that needs a good strong scrub at least once a week to get rid of dead skin cells.When I first opened this, I was a bit taken aback by what looked like brown sludge in a tin and I wasn't keen on the orange-y smell either.I was dubious to use it but gave it a go anyway and I'm glad I did - my skin felt fabulous afterwards!It's a bit gritty and crumbly to get out of the tin and I got loads stuck under my fingernails - when I was scrubbing it on, it felt fine although a few bits did crumble off. But it does scrub your face very well, it felt super clean and smooth afterwards plus there was no redness or reaction to it at all.The after effects are so nice, my skin is smoother and just feels cleaner and brighter.
