I brought this item at goodwill & it needed a filter replacement. I was glad to find out on Amazon. It worked just fine

Seems to be a good product. The Honeywell replacements are no longer available in my city. The Hepa filter fit nice and snug and does not rattle or whistle. The pre-filter is very generous and overlaps the Hepa filter several inches. I didn't bother trimming it and just installed it that way. Also, I like that I only need one Hepa filter. The last Honeywell Hepa filters I purchased were two half size ones and I had to stack them in the device.There was a bit of a carbon smell when I fired it up with the new filters. I'm not certain if the Honeywell filters had the same smell? Unfortunately, I left the Honeywell filters installed for years beyond their life cycle and can't recall that far back. Anyway, the smell disappeared after about 2 days.I will likely keep buying these for as long as the machines keep working (I have two). The motors in both seem to be dying and I don't know how to lubricate them as they don't disassemble well.

The Hepa Filter actually fits the unit and seems like a very good quality and the pre-filters are awesome. I was using having to purchase 3 smaller Hepa filters to fit the height needed and then put a foam piece on top of those to fit properly. The Prefilter actually fits the unit too and is of heavier quality like the originals that came with the Honeywell we have. The the ones I had been using were very thin and couldn't have filtered as well as these. Also had to be cut to fit so a lot was wasted material. I will keeping notes on this so I'm sure to repurchase from the same store and manufacturer when needed in the future.

Arrived in super sturdy box 📦 well packed with extra carbon filters tucked inside.Noticed my air purifier running easier. Now I know I need to change the big HEPA filter at least once a year, but with cat allergies, it’s going to be more like every 6 months with new carbon filters every month or two. Breathe easier with these for sure!
