Great
Excellent laptop experience. Unfortunately, the fingerprint scanner is physically there below the keyboard but not an available feature. Great laptop otherwise.

These Devices are NOT Windows 11 Pro
While I’ve contacted the seller, I doubt this issue will be resolved. As others have noted, these machines are advertised as having Windows 11 Pro but come with Windows 11 Home instead. If you’re in IT procurement, I strongly recommend purchasing assets through official HP or Dell channels to avoid such discrepancies.

Windows 11 Home
I ordered several of these and they all came with Windows 11 Home, even though the description says Windows 11 Pro. This causes significant issues if you have Intune. I had to create a Microsoft account, log in, buy a Windows 11 Pro license, activate Windows, upgrade Windows, and then do a factory reset.
