Yes, you need a dry tig rig and connect the stinger to the brass fitting on the tig cable

Left knob does not show voltage increasing like the right one shows in led lights the wire. Why doesn’t the left knob show increase of voltage so I k

That left knob is more like voltage output or how hot do you wanna make the weld. I rarely crank my voltage past half way even when I'm running it on 110 voltage. The machine has something internally that knows if you're running 110 or 220. There's no need to "set" the voltage. Hope this helps you!
