Thanks for reaching out to us! Our filters are manufactured to last 15,000 miles - however, depending on where you live we recommend replacing every 12,000 miles. For example if you live in an urban environment with congested city driving then we recommend replacing earlier because although our filters are manufactured to last 15,000 miles it is recommended to replace earlier for optimal air quality inside your vehicle. If you live in an area with less congestion then you will have no issues replacing every 15,000 miles. Our recommendation is based on the reality that not all miles are created equal - 12,000 to 15,000 miles in a major city is not the same as 12,000 to 15,000 miles in a rural area. Depending on customer tolerance & location you should have no issues leaving our filters in your vehicle for up to 15,000 miles.
