This looks nice. Up close you can tell it’s not real wood but I don’t think anyone notices. I’ve gotten several compliments on it. It was easy enough to put together. It took an hour or two. I wouldn’t put it in a high traffic spot because it seems like it would scratch very easy. It has a good amount of space inside. I fit a bunch of file folders, photo storage boxes, a printer, a stack of printer paper and some other odds and ends. A good buy for the money.

Overall for the price of this furniture piece, I'm happy with a 4-star rating. I knocked off a star because the legs on this particular piece were a different shade from the rest of the console (and from the single cabinet piece I bought to go with it). A few of them also had some scratches, which I was OK with in the end because those legs I installed towards the back of the unit which would not really be seen since it is against a wall. I bought this piece along with the single cabinet (both in the natural wood color) so that I could butt them up against each other and have the look of a three cabinet console. Instructions were sufficient and it took me maybe 1 to 1.5 hours to build this piece. I would not consider this a piece of furniture to hand down or expect a lifetime of use. It is a nice looking console/hutch/buffet/TV stand, but I wouldn't overload it or place anything super heavy on it or in it. Again, for the price paid, it's a great piece that serves the purpose of storage and aesthetics.

Not good- not sturdy but looks nice far away. packing was horrible and one out of two ordered damaged and had to send back

I bought two of these units.The first one went together great. Very easy. All parts. The doors matchThe second one was more difficult. No instructions but thankfully I kept first set. All parts were there. But somehow more difficult. The doors do not match at the top.

Solid and sturdy. Works perfect for office buffet. Very easy to put together. My 11 year old daughter put it together in 45 minutes in exchange for 30 minutes of phone time.
