Great taste and keeps me asleep for at least 7 hrs. Within 30 min i am out cold. I have chronic insomnia and high med tolerance so i had to share how great these gummies are for people like me.

It tastes good, no qualms. But they did make me sleepy. Best to take at night.

To me, a gummy should taste good. I take enough supplements that having some in gummy form makes it much easier to ingest them all. These weren't bad, but not good enough to want to buy them again.

I take these daily and like the flavor. I don't like swallowing pills, so these gummies help me stay consistent. I follow Dr. Amen on Instagram who has also written several books. He recommends a Saffron vitamin for anxiety and depression.Hope this was helpful!

Hard, all stuck together and manufactured over 3yrs ago! Don’t waste your money!!

This was a yummy gummy, given how expensive the saffron is, this is a convenient way to consume this amazing spice and reap its benefits. That being said, it doesn’t have the signature taste of the saffron and it maybe due to it being an extract. All in all it’s still a great product at a great price, and an easy and healthy treat to consume. Given the many benefits that saffron touts as being a natural anti depressant, this is a good supplement to take.

I like that these gummies are sugar free as someone who’s a diabetic this is important when choosing the right supplement or vitamins. These gummies are pleasant in taste and easy to chew.
