I have deep rooted issues with sleep. I have suffered from insomnia my entire adult era. I take a pill form sleep supplement (called Kappa Nutrition Sleep 60, I have a review on that as well). However, historically I have always had trouble getting to sleep AND staying asleep. Getting to sleep fast is where this product comes in!Eight pumps and within 15-20 minutes I cannot keep my eyes open. It is such a relaxing sensation. Also, this has a cherry flavor that does not taste super fake or gross, so it is easy to consume.I have this on subscription now. I would not say I am addicted, but when you have a good thing in your hands you want to hold on to it.I highly recommend this if you have trouble getting to sleep. This is fabulous! The bottle also lasts a long time. With the recommended eight pumps per serving, this usually lasts me close to two months.

First, I don’t necessarily have difficulty getting to sleep and staying asleep. However, I do have difficulty sleeping on long haul flights. I have a 9-hour flight coming up and I wanted to test out the product before the trip. I read the labels on many of the products available on Amazon. I wanted something homeopathic and low dose of Melatonin. The recommended dosage of Dreamzzz is 8-drops. I wasn’t comfortable taking the full dosage, as I don’t take a sleep aid now, so I tried 4-drops. It worked well enough for me with only 4-drops. I upped it the last to nights to 5-drops. I wanted to make sure I didn’t have any bad dreams, a lag the next morning or any other negative effects. My wife said I tossed and turned less and did not snore. For me, on land, this product works. I will try to update this review when I return as I hope, in addition to sleep, it will assist in acclimation to the time change. 🤞🏻

I have been a chronic insomniac for as long as I can remember. I've tried everything, from popping melatonin like candy to before-bed meditation to hours of wind-down time, over-the-counter sleep meds, natural remedies, teas, you name it, but nothing has ever touched this superpower that I've been cursed with. I toss and turn all night, take hours to fall asleep, and then wake up throughout the night every single hour, never achieving deep sleep, until morning finds me feeling like a braindead zombie.I saw this liquid nano sleep support supplement and thought I'd give it a try - the science behind the absorption rate makes sense on paper. And I gotta say, I am fully impressed! I'm not saying it's a miracle cure, but it's as close to one as anything I've ever tried in my sleep-deprived life.With this, I can finally fall asleep quickly and stay asleep throughout the night. It absorbs so rapidly that I recommend taking it AFTER you're settled in bed because you'll feel it take effect quickly. and you want to take advantage of that window to get to sleep.I wake up feeling like my brain can actually handle some chores being thrown at it, and my body feels 100% better with 8 hours of solid sleep compared to 3-4 hours of restless worthlessness. If you're a fellow insomniac, trust me, this product is absolutely worth a try.

My only complaint is that it's definitely not a spray, which i was expecting. Kept thinking the pump was clogged or something, it just dribbles down the front and makes a mess if you're using it like a mist or spray pump. Now that I've realized there is no atomizer in the pump, i just make sure to aim it down at my tongue instead of forward towards my mouth, so it drips properly instead of down the front of the bottle.Tastes fine, the tart cherry juice works for me. None of that fake chemical cherry taste like most syrups or pills would have. Melatonin on it's own can knock me out cold, but then it's hard for me to wake up in the morning, even with a half dose. Also doesn't help me actually get to sleep in the first place, which is what i really need. This liquid seems to help. I only use two pumps, not the recommended 8, since sleep aids tend to knock me out hard already.I used to dream a lot, which I enjoyed, so when i recently stopped having dreams, and having a harder time sleeping in general, i wanted to fix it. My best friend recommended a slightly different product to help me stay asleep and get my dreams back, but this seemed like something I would get more benefit out of, so i opted to try it first. It helps me relax and fall asleep faster, which is a huge help all on it's own, but it also helps me actually stay asleep more. I do still wake up now and then, but not nearly as often as i would normally, so i get much more rest from my sleep. I don't think this induces any dreams on it's own, at least not for me, but that's actually a good thing as I dream plenty when I can just sleep comfortably. This has helped me achieve that.

Does not work! Buyer beware, they do not stand behind this product and you cannot return it. This did nothing for me at all, what a waste of money!!

I wasn't exactly sure what to expect when trying a different sleep aid for the first time. When I do take Melatonin it's always a dissolvable from a big box store. I tend to wake up groggy the next morning for some reason. Not so with Dreamzzz.After just my first night of use I'm very pleased. I was hesitant at first about using liquid melatonin from just the taste aspect, but there was nothing to worry about. I don't sleep enough during the week because of early morning wake-ups, so I'm dependent upon a solid 8 hours of sleep on the weekend. If you're looking for a quality sleep aid for adults, then give Dreamzzz a try.I just had to add this last part it. Please keep in mind that Dreamzzz is not a miracle supplement. Yes, it works fantastic. However, if you're not taking care of your body by feeding it quality foods throughout the day, minimizing stress and exercising regularly, then you're going to be disappointed by any sleep aid on the market. Simply, take care of your body, supplement properly and enjoy great sleep with the help of products like this!
