I’ve just finished my first bottle of this liposomal AMPK activator, and I can claim that it is working, I feel more energized while my appetite is lower than usual. I haven’t noticed any side effects, pills are pretty big in size but they are very smooth that makes them easy to swallow. They don’t have any nasty aftertaste, I will be ordering them on a regular basis.

I found that taking them on an empty stomach first thing in the morning was key for me. They do suppress your appetite and give you stable amount of energy during the day, but it seemed to waiver from day today. I continue taking the entire bottle, but did not see a significant loss of weight. I will probably not buy them again, only because I didn’t feel they were consistent. I gave it four stars because it did seem to work at first, but it may have just been my body getting used to another supplement and leveling out. I would suggest you give it a try! I got these mostly to help with weight management. I've started my second month and my weight has decreased slightly. I walk regularly, but no intense workouts. I do notice that my appetite is suppressed and this allows me to stick to a 16:8 intermittent fasting schedule. When I do eat, I get full faster, so then I eat less. Hope this helps.
