Works well for my intended purpose
I was looking for a safety system to use while working on a steep slope to control vegetation. This line and rope grab works perfectly. Seems very sturdy and easy to use. I'm not on a roof or tree climbing but have slipped down this slope several times while weed eating and trimming on it. Now, no fear of slipping and falling down. Also purchased a climbing harness with it.

I use it with treen clibming harness
for those rare occasions when I need to be up on the roof. give me and my wife piece of mind. I have not had to test the drop capability (thank God), so can't comment on its ability to absorb drop shock.

Excellent safety harness rope for working on roof
This safety rope for my safety harness is easy to use and seems to be of high quality. It helped me be safe on my high roof while cleaning gutters. It also gave my wife some peace of mind knowing that I would be safer - a big payoff!
