Lifetime service agreement valid through Amazon purchae
Was concerned I wasn’t going to get the lifetime service agreement, but after calling rigid they verified the purchase and gave it too me. The tool is amazing. The 4 modes give great torque options and will pull of even the most stubborn bolts. Be careful though as high torque can snap and round out bolts.

Awesome impact, recommend.
Plenty of torque, great for travel, and shop use. Haven't found a luggage nut i couldn't remove. Great value for the money would recommend to everyone needing a quality impact.

Not eligible for Ridgid’s lifetime warranty
Works great, very powerful. Buying from a reseller makes it ineligible for the lifetime warranty, but the price is much lower than Home Depot.Very satisfied

Great Tool!
I really needed a powerful tool to remove lug nuts from my motorhome. I read the reviews. I got the tool for Christmas at a great price.

This tool is a beast
This tool is a beast. Be careful when tightening vehicle lug nuts! Run the nuts down until they contact the rim, then stop. Use a lug wrench to torque snug. This impact wrench has no adjustments to limit torque. The wheel studs on a 2024 Grand Highlander are no match for this beast.

I haven't yet really tried abusing it or using it a lot. But it does what it is suppose to do..it took lug nuts off my car easily.
