Exactly what I needed for my log splitter. I wanted a winch that was small but powerful enough to drag across the ground and pick up pretty hefty rounds (large chunks of wood for splitting) and placing them onto the splitter. Saving your back and shoulders from the heavy lifting. Great product

This winch works great with our 55 gallon bucket that we made to use on our tractor. So far it has worked perfectly and does a great job. We only paid $10 for our 55 gallon drum and after a few modifications and the addition of the winch, we have a pretty good front end loader that saves on shoveling.

I like that it's small not big and clumsy....I used it to winch my pontoon boats up onto dry land for the winter

Just unboxed and trying to decide if I will use or send back.. First thing I noticed was packing sucked, hardware was loose in box, winch is covered in brokes static clinged styrofoam chunks, now um covered in Styrofoam chunks.. Second the Clevis is alot cheaper then the one in pictures and it is not removable as the one in the pictures, this can cause issues if you need to feed the winch line through a pully or snach block. Third the fairlead is assembled with rivets and not serviceable, the pictures show snaprings that would allow it to be disassembled to clean and grease. Lastly not a big deal but i was sent differently labed(Rugcel) unit, Im sure all the 2000lb units are made in same place and just labed with whatever name but still...
