I purchased this product when hearing from a friend that it helped improve their cardiovascular health. I was unsure but wanted to give it a try. I’m generally in shape but also am reliant on caffeine and have slightly high blood pressure. When taking this product, I noticed the difference the same morning - lifting weights and running were making my chest/lunges feel more easily exhausted / pressurized - but this product really helped prevent that feeling. I can only describe it as ‘my breathing feels more at ease, as if I’ve already stretched/warmed up before working out’. Everyone should consult a doctor if you have chest tightness or sensitivity to caffeine, but I will say this has been very effective in improving my cardio comfort (fyi I try to exert myself while exercising and obviously am trying to create stress on my body to become more fit). I take this product on days I don’t workout too and just feel a sense of smooth wakefulness; I know that sounds odd but it’s certainly enjoyable compared to caffeine ramping you up.

My lab numbers were off, but this corrected problem. Worked well.

Been using the product for about 5 months. Nothing adverse no upset stomach. First blood and lab test coming up.

I don’t see any changes

This stuff does what it says it will do and then some. Nice little boost of energy that lasts throughout the day. There's no flavor either. There is clear gel in the capsules, just fyi! Kinda threw me at first.
