Aquapad works as advertised
I really do like this product. It was easy to assemble. The idea is really good. Aqua pad is as advertised. Fairly comfortable to sleep on. I find the value for the money to be about average. This product could be a little cheaper price point.I found that at the highest fan setting, it was too chilly for me, which is great because summer season hasn't started yet. I don't sleep directly on the pad, I have it covered with a towel. The aqua pad did not leak at all. I made sure that the attachments were securely fit in the appropriate areas. There's slight noise that comes from the fan on the highest setting. I did not find this objectionable at all, but some other reviewers disagree. As for my experience, I could barely hear it.The pad does not easily puncture, but if you have a dog that's very heavy, that tries to get up while on it, there is a risk of puncture. I had this happen to me and my remedy was to use wetsuit glue to patch the puncture. This of course is not the manufacturer's fault, and completely on me. But accidents will happen, so if anyone else runs into a problem and your pad gets punctured, that would be the remedy. Just follow the instructions using the wetsuit glue, and make sure the curing time is at least 24 hours before you refill it with water. I'd say, that overall, this is a pretty good product. I've only had it for a couple of days, we'll see what happens over the next year.

Great sleeping pad
Got this for my wife and she loves this thing. Be careful filling up the water reservoir as you can easily overfill it. My wife’s likes how keep the covers on and still stay cool with the pad keeping her cool. One issue we ran into was the unit would just stop working in the middle of the night. My wife discovered that the USB C cable end was loose and not making a good connection. We swapped out the cable and have not had an issue since.

0 instructions, Loud, NOT WORTH IT
1. Zero instructions. Luckily you only need to attach a hose to the pad and to the cooler, but there are a bunch of extra parts that I have no idea are for what.2. Loud as hell. Good luck sleeping with this cooler humming like an air fryer.3. You have to fill it on the counter so you can see the max water level. I followed the crappy picture diagram that showed you laying the pad on the bed, then attaching tubes, then filling with water. DO NOT DO THIS. You can easily miss the max fill line and overflow water everywhere. Put the cooler on the counter so you can see when to stop.4. No temp control. It’s either on or off. Stupid design, and for over $150 I expected more.SUMMARYSpend the money and spring for the far superior ChiliPad. This hunk of over priced junk will just piss you off.

Continued Use/Customer Support
This product has become a near-necessity in my life. I sleep hot very frequently, and I have found I sleep much better with it running. It gets very cool very fast, and stays cool all night long as long as it has been filled. I haven’t had any issues with leakage over my time of using it, it has a noise while running, but after about a week or so, it’s like a white noise machine and doesn’t bother me anymore, and the main bits of the machine are very durable. The one bit of advice I have is to use the recommended water in the instructions. If you don’t, slimy residue will build up over time, and lessen the cooling affect over time. It’s not the end of the world though, as I have cleaned it out by running some 1/1 vinegar water ratio through the lines, letting it sit for an hour, and then dumping it with the attached water release stub thing on the bottom.I did have to use customer support and it was fast. Like freaky fast. As in I talked to someone and within 10 minutes (this was over their text support line, https://neataquapad.com/contact-us/), I got a new main unit sent to my house. The main unit had to be replaced because of a faulty USB C port being worn over time, not because of a fan, pump, or other issues you might think it would be.Overall, I would buy this again in a heart beat. The deal is better than most other products I’ve seen, the cooling affect is really good, it’s reliable, and while filling this machine every 1 to 2 days is a bit annoying, it doesn’t take too much water (1-2 water bottles) to get it back to full. It takes like 3-4 water bottles from complete empty to fill it up.Anyways, thanks for reading my Ted talk about this product, have a good day.

Amazing product for cool night's sleep on a boat without expensive A/C
My application for this is a boat cabin where I sleep. I couldn't find a reasonable solution to cool a small area without large expense. The ideas that probably had the most potential (but I didn't try) were the camping/tent A/C units for just the cabin where I sleep. But while searching, I came across a very good solution that does keep me cool for sleeping only: an AquaPad Breeze Water Cooling Mattress Pad. I have no affiliation with this company - just a satisfied user. It really does work. The benefits:- Small, portable, and unobtrusive- Low electrical requirement/plugs into USB- Customer service is amazing for any issues or to get a longer tube; they even gave me a coupon discount that I didn't see/apply after the fact (they noticed I missed it and brought it to my attention)- Quiet- Can get REALLY cold if ambient/room temperature is below 76°. There are 3 settings on the unit - low/med/high; I typically set my aircon to 67° but when I use the pad, I don't have to use the aircon at all as long as the cabin temperature stays below 78°. If the cabin temperature is below 76°, I can only use the low or med settings else I'll be too cold.Negatives:- If the ambient temperature is about 80°, doesn't seem to have any impact- You have to use filtered water (needs to be refilled every 2 or so days if used every night)- I sometimes wake up feeling a bit "clammy" but it goes away within a minute of getting out of bed- It leaves an imprint of the pad squares under your sheets- I bought a waterproof mattress pad to put under it in case it leaks (extra cost)- Won't do anything for humidity - really only to help sleeping
