The wool is great and you get a good amount for the price. However,It does have a slight farm animal natural smell. I don’t mind it and it’s not strong. It just lets me know it’s a natural product. I would definitely buy again.

I love this core wool! I compared many and I'm so glad I chose this one. It felt up beautifully.

I'm very new at needle felting so I can only give a review on that fact. This product was everything I expected. I use it for my very first project, a felted doll head/face. I found it easy to work with and form impressions. I have yet to finish my doll head as I'm waiting for other materials to arrive but I am very excited about this technique. I have been researching the animal felting as well. I know for sure that this craft can become very addicting. Looking forward to do more. Thank you, Woolbuddy, for making my first experience pleasant. I will order more core white wool from you as projects and time permits.

Coarse and kinky wool, easy to work with. This isn't made for a smooth finish, but it's great for building up the cores of objects which you can then cover with colored roving of your choice. You will run into an occasional bit of wood or dried leaves tangled up in the material but you can pick it out easily. From this bag, I made all this stuff plus a few other items not pictured. The second picture shows how the core wool looks compared to core wool covered with roving.

This is a great package of wool. There is some vegetable matter in it but it isn't hard to get out. It is a lot of wool too. I have been able to make quite a few projects with it.

Easy to felt, pulls apart easily, nice quality.
