Quality bread making flour
The best flour for making my gluten free sourdough bread or artisan bread in my dutch oven! I watched several tutorials on youtube and then got this flour. The bread from this is really good, so soft and easy to make and slice. The quality of the flour is good, as is the nice resealable bag - thank you. The flour is the right amount for making 2 loaves of sourdough and for a week of feeding 3 small sourdough starter containers daily. The bread taste is very nice - perfect dense thickness, texture is so much like regular bread - and the scent of it fills our home wonderfully. This bread rises well - though I do add quick active yeast to it and warm water in a mixer. I follow a couple of people on youtube that use this brand, and it works well.

This bread flour works perfectly for my gluten-free baking! Makes delicious bread that actually has good texture and doesn't crumble apart like some other mixes.Love that it's made with quality ingredients and gives consistent results. My family can't even tell the difference from regular bread. Great for anyone avoiding gluten!

I love this bread flour so much! It is hands down the best gluten free bread flour on the market. I make donuts, cinnamon rolla and of course bread with this. Works great in recipes and tastes great. Would recommend!

Perfect for Gluten-Free Baking!
I’ve been using this gluten-free flour for a few weeks now, and I’m so impressed with how well it works in my baking! As someone who needs to follow a gluten-free diet, I’ve tried several flours, and this one is by far my favorite. It has a great texture—light and airy—and it behaves just like regular flour in most recipes.I used it to make cookies, muffins, and even bread, and everything turned out delicious! The taste is neutral, with no weird aftertaste like some gluten-free flours have. My baked goods have a soft, tender crumb, and they rise perfectly every time. I also love that it’s made from a blend of high-quality ingredients, so I don’t have to worry about additives or fillers. The flour is easy to work with and doesn’t clump, making it a breeze to measure and mix. I’ve also noticed that it doesn’t absorb as much liquid as some other gluten-free flours, so I can get the right consistency for my batters and doughs. If you’re looking for a reliable, high-quality gluten-free flour, I highly recommend this one. It’s become my go-to for all my gluten-free baking needs!

Wheat vs. Gluten
It’s fine for the purpose, creates dense bread and it is hard to get it fluffy if you’re not careful. Just a warning and learn from my mistake— celiac safe is NOT the same as wheat allergy safe! Wheat proteins are different than gluten proteins! This will make you react if you have a wheat allergy like I do! 🥴

Consistency, Quality, Flavor
If you want TASTY gluten free bread then you should make your own and this is the only gluten free bread flour for the job as long as you are NOT truly allergic to wheat as there is some wheat starch in this flour. It may seem a bit pricey but when you consider that you can make 3 loaves of bread from one sack of flour then you will find that the value really is there. Totally worth it. This flour is about a dollar more at my local store so the savings are here for sure. When baking loaves of GF bread with this flour there is actually the subtle scent of BREAD in the air which is quite pleasing and not to be had with other gf flours. Loaves taste like bread, the texture is bread like, and the slices have the strength to support a burger or a loaded sandwich and can be used for nice, THICK slices of GLUTEN FREE FRENCH TOAST.Buy it and then bake it. You won’t regret it.

If you miss bread, this is your solution!
The media could not be loaded. Hands down the best gluten free flour I’ve tried. As a retired professional pastry chef who now only bakes gluten and grain free, I have tried many different blends, and made my own blends, but this is the best for bread and yeast-raised products. I made gluten free sourdough weekly, as well as cinnamon rolls and pizza crust. King Arthur website offers the most detailed and specific recipes, so you can’t go wrong. And it’s less expensive on amazon than the grocery store, with free shipping. Must try!
