The product is sturdy and good but what impressed me more was the customer service. I lost the drain plug (small part which is used to stop water from flowing out) of the tub and was thinking of ways to get that because it was a small but valuable part and its really hard to get spare parts in the times of e-commerce. Without hope, I contacted LuvLap. A customer service rep Mr Saurav Sau was assigned and he quickly asked a photo post which he sent the part, without any charges through courier. Really impressed by the quality of service provided by him and appreciate the brand for having the spare parts for customers otherwise I would have to discard this. This tub can be used for newborns and toddlers both because of the different settings given. 10/10 to Mr Saurav Sau and 10/10 to LuvLap for the customer service. This has helped me gain confidence in the brand as its very normal to have broken or missing part for the kids items..

Quality wise its really good.My baby loves it,it is generally safe.It is really convenient to bathe baby for new moms,you can use it without any fear.

This is my second purchase of baby bathtub by luvlap ,first one being model 1 for my niece and this one model 3 for my baby.Main difference I noticed between the two models is that model 1 inner bottom picture is painted on the plastic itself,and picture is still as new as ever,no peeling or fading.In model 3,the picture is just on the sticker. You remove that sticker and the plastic below is plain white.The picture is not a big issue though. But what I found on removing that sticker a big issue for me. The surface just under that square picture sticker is all gritty, rough and badly scratched surface. It's so gritty like burnt plastic. I won't put my baby to sit on such gritty surface in her birthday suit and risk her bumps getting all scratched up.I promptly returned it without even trying to exchange it. My impression is that bad.By the way for so many years I've been ordering from Amazon,this is the first time I've received an order in such bad packing,with a flimsy transparent plastic as it's only cover for all and sundry to see what my order is( if you'd call that packing)!Update after buying Green Model 1 :I saw this Green Model 1 on sale so I bought it in good faith thinking that it's the same as the first one I bought for my niece.Turns out to be total disappointment.. for the second time!This one too had same problem,rough gritty surface under that square removable sticker on inner bottom .Whatever happened to luvlap quality check?This latest one I received left me in even worse impression. It has all these dead insects stuck under that sticker ..which also means that this sticker was not pasted at production centre/factory but pasted to intentionally cover up the defective rough gritty surface.I'm uploading pictures,see for yourself all the insects stuck inside sticker.The frustrating part is while I was busy with personal works,I missed the return window and I'm stuck with a completely useless defective bathtub.It's fit only to be given away to 'loha tina plastic walla'.I would never make my precious baby sit on that gritty tub ever.I've lost my faith in luvlap
