Can I cast with this Chromebook? Is there an HDMI port or something similar that i can get an adapter for? And is a charger included?

A charger was included and it worked for a while but started disconnecting when it was supposed to be charging. I had an extra charger in the house, plugged it into that and it works fine. I haven't done much casting but played a couple of Youtube videos on the TV so yes, it does cast. Also, there is a USB port and two micro USB ports. No HDMI port. Hope this helps.

Does this fold all the way into a tablet mode?

180° =/ don't try 360° you won't like it.

If I was going to use it for taking notes what app would I use? I want to take notes and put in folders to save- is this possible? what app/program?

When I need to take notes for a meeting or class, I usually use Google Docs. I have my own filing folder system in Google Drive. I hope this helps!
