Bought this car roof courier to help with camping trips. Great size and stable, Tough material and easy to fasten to roof bars. Folds away very small so suits needs better than roof box.Excellent storage for odd shaped items which likely wouldn't fit into a roof box. It makes my family trip more relaxation

I bought this as we have a very small car, a 2012 Fiar Panda, and I didn't want the hassle of storing a large hardshell roof box when not in use. This fits the roof of my small car perfectly so I imagine it will fit basically any other car, and the clips allow it to be connected to the car without having to have roof bars. It adds loads more space, almost too much in fact!I went for this specific model after loads of research for a few reasons:1. I wanted the straps to extend across the top of the bag, not to terminate in a sewn-on joint as it does on most other models, I think having the strap connect fully across the top is more secure, you don't have to rely on the stitching to carry the entire force.2. This one has 3 connection points on each side between the bag and the car, unlike most models which only have 2.3. It doesn't need existing roof bars to be used, and the door hooks mean that no straps are running from outside into the cabin, which will bring in rainwater.We took this on a trip from Cambridge to the West of Ireland at Christmas, so we drove about 1000 miles altogether through plenty of serious rain! Everything was bone dry at both ends of the journey.While fully loaded it makes almost no noise, so long as all the straps are securely tied down. It may have impacted MPG slightly on the first use as I didn't fill it out properly and the front end was concave likely increasing drag. So one tip is to fill it out to the max so it's more aerodynamic.The only downside is if you have to access any of the luggage inside the bag during the trip. This is a bit of a nightmare and takes ages to undo the straps and get the right bag out then redo them and tighten them sufficently, not ideal in a service station...

I was sceptical at first but honestly worked wonders for us! Did 3.5hours drive each way on holiday trip stayed dry throughout some rain and stayed in place the whole time. Packs away nicely aswell. If you're thinking of buying this it's a cheaper alternative to the hard shell ones.The photo was it on the roof of my car but not strapped down yet

These are great quality and a god send for us its has lots of space we had 4 medium cases,a rucksac,jackets and some other bits in ours and there was still some room,it held up to rain aswel nice and dry what a great idea and easy to fit too.it was so great i bought my daughter one and they are also delighted with it.ours had a padlock and plenty straps,the only gripe was delivery was late on both orders they were bought at different times.

I used this on a few trips over the summer. Easily stowed swim gear, body boards and several bags of clothing. Simple to attach to roof bars and was waterproof.

Works great with my Zafira (see pic: the bars where not really required, but I used them for greater security).Not too difficult to install; obviously it's important to make sure it's securely fixed with no parts flapping.The total weight on the roof was around 85 kg.Sturdy. Very stable, when driving I didn't even notice it was there (but of course I was prudent when turning/overtaking). Very little noise.Tested on one very long trip including heavy rains: no problem whatsoever. All perfectly dry inside on arrival.As a precaution, I added some padding on the doors at the points where the hooks are fixed, to prevent any water from getting into the car; but I'm not even sure it was necessary. In any case, I had no leakage.Quick delivery, only one day later than expected, but still perfectly acceptable.And the price was decent.All in all, very happy with my purchase.

Brilliant product but I'm confused. Once you've fastened it to the windows how do you get in the car? Not brilliant if you haven't got roof bars!

Brought because love camping, no space to store a roof box. Plenty of space, easy to store, used it 7 times over the summer, no rips and no tears, didn’t let in any water! Great buy
