Really delicious and I will be buying again. I had never used this type of flour before but it was recommended by Chefs Steps and it is amazing.

Used this in place of ordinary flour to make gluten free cake
Liked that you used it as ordinary flour. Despite using raising agent was flatter than normal cake. Tasted good and gluten free recepient said it was a good cake

Great, but why so exspensive!
This is by far the best cassava flour I have ever used. It works wonderfully for everything! Why is it so exspensive in the UK though?! In USA I pay $18 at my local supermarket, visiting family in the UK I have to make room for a few bags in my case as it's so exspensive to buy here. Wish I could just buy it here but at £28 it's too exspensive!
