It's Bentaine HCL in gel capsules, pure and simple. There are no fillers, which I like. The capsules are of moderate size and easy to swallow. It is a nice big bottle that will last me at least 2 months. I need a big bottle of them, because I take these daily before meals along with bile salts. It helps keep my stomach and gut happy and my bile duct working smoothly. A good product at a reasonable price.

I like that this Betaine doesn't have a lot of garbage fillers in it.

Many people din’t realize that excess pepsin from taking combination betaine hcl caps can cause some stomach distress if not tolerated. I love that this option is just betaine hcl with no pepsin as it allows me to dose my enzymes and hcl independently of each other. I also love that the caps are gelatin and not cellulose, which is no digestible especially if you are already GI-compromised.

If somebody can digest any food well this is the best supplement for those like me who don't have good digestion, only remember to drink plenty of water for good absorption of this natural digestive supplement. Well recommended!
