Second time buying this product, which is top notch quality, first time l received a cutting knife and a beautiful cotton sack, this time just a mini bottle of olive oil. I just planned to gift this product to a friend with the cutting knife and sack...kind of disappointed.

This particular aged Parmigiano Reggiano is awesome. The flavor is out of the world. Sharp, tangy and bold. So many uses. Add it with Pecorino Romano to make the best Cacio e pepe. Worth every penny.
