Dell Inspiron 16 7640 2-in-1 Laptop (16" Fhd+ Touchscreen, Intel Ultra 7 155h, 16gb Ram, 2tb ssd, Ist Stylus & Hub) for Creator, Designer, Win 11 Pro

This is my second one in a row. It's a good metal-cased laptop. It does what I need, and it can run my Nikon and Adobe software effectively. Great seller with a quick delivery during the Christmas delivery season.

Fast and does what I need it to do. My son loves this laptop while going through his masters degree.

I used this computer for about 3 months and everything was going perfectly, until it went to absolute crap. The computer stopped responding with the touch pad, then the screen started to glitch, and the pen that came with it wouldn't connect for more then 5 minutes before disconnecting for an hour. I could barely use the computer for an hour before having to restart it. After I sent it off for repair it worked again for about a month, then started back with the same issues. It took just long enough for the issues to start so it was right outside the return window, so now I'm stuck with a crappy computer that won't work and I'm in the middle of the 2nd semester in college. If I would've known this computer sucked I would've never bought it. Don't be like me and fall for all the bells and whistles or the nice memory size, this computer is garbage and I regret this purchase immensely.

I love this machine. So far so good. The screen is very large. Easy on my eyes. However, I did not realize that it would be so much larger than my previous 14-inch machine that can easily hold in my backpack.This machine is beautiful and does all that I want it to do thus far. The tradeoff though is its much larger size and weight than my former 14 inch.

its battery running out quickly and the battery gets hot in a short time also its charger is getting crazy hot during charging because it is made in china.however it is a New brand it's reactions are slowits like there is a bug in ram or the screen is getting stuck ıdk the reason.

After reviewing the available options, I decided to give this Dell a try. I’ve had it for a couple of days now and it’s been great. I love the touchscreen and how lightweight it is.

I learned that Windows 11 has a problem by not installing the audio driver. This is a problem since it's it's initial launch. It is not the manufacturer, HP, Dell, Lenovo, et. al. Computer repair shop said sorry. I found a Dell audio driver and downloaded it. I complemented it with Driver Booster which then downloaded Intel audio drivers.

I brought this for my son who started college. After 2 months, it would not turn on. My son was distraught as he had much of his worked saved on the laptop, and he needed it urgently these weeks. The AC adapter works and it is not a battery problem. Probably is the motherboard. Now when I send it in to Dell, hopefully they wont wipe out his hard drive.
