This came in 2 separate boxes. The insert and then the mantle. It was easy to put together. Except for the back metal of insert being able to be attached to the mantle. The screws were in VERY hard get to positions. Aside from that. It’s beautiful, works great and we love it

The fireplace is made of nice materials, substantial and good quality, relatively easy to put together. One piece arrived with a defect, but its only the bottom of the piece and will never be visible so not an issue. However, the accent lighting built-in to the mantle (which was a main selling feature for me, personally) does not reach the connection on the electric fireplace insert meant to power it. This is something that can only be noticed after all pieces were removed from the boxes and partially assembled. Other buyers have not reported this issue, so I assume my item is defective or missing a connection piece. I have contacted the seller multiple times through Amazon and directly through their website. No reply after 5 business days for either message. Perhaps something to keep in mind if you value quick product support.

The media could not be loaded. I love this fireplace. I picked this one because it makes the cackling sounds. It's a stunning color and the fire looks realistic. It comes in 3 boxes not two. There new two bigger boxes then a smaller kit one. There are no instructions for it but you add plates to the fire box then mount it onto the mantel. I highly recommend 👌 ☺️

Beautiful design, but poor functionality. While this is an attractive piece of furniture, the wires for the fireplace feature are too short to connect properly. As a result, it just sits there looking nice but without the lighting function I was excited about. I've tried purchasing extension wires multiple times, but none have fit correctly, and I’m still unsure if I’ll ever find the right size.

The media could not be loaded. I’m extremely happy with this electric fireplace! It looks stylish and adds a cozy ambiance to the room. The flame effect is realistic, and the heat output is perfect for keeping the space warm. It was easy to set up, operates quietly, and has different settings for both heat and lighting. Highly recommend it to anyone looking for a combination of functionality and aesthetic appeal!

Love this fireplace, added an additional mantle for more height and for an accent. Great quality, had a small assembly issue with the heating unit but they immediately responded and resolved the issue! Beautiful addition to our living room!!

Take a look of the pictures and think about it. also the chimenea arrive after 2 days.

It’s quite nice and definitely dresses up my living room. There are good directions but it does take hours to put together.
