Small, but amazing
I picked it because of the name. Friends have used the Arctic Air and said it was great. It's a perfect personal size air cooler. I would definitely recommend it. The clamp on it is very sturdy and fits on big items. The water fill area is nice and waterproof, don't be scared of filling it all the way up. It's quiet and the cooling jet works very nicely. It's not for long term, but for a few hours running...it's my go to. If you want more than a few hours, just bring some ice water and refill. It's just no fuss.

Weak air blowing!
This fan is terrible. I bought it to keep my dog cool on a road trip and it barely blows any air and died (after a full nights charge) after 1.5 hours. My small hand held fan works better than this fan. I don’t recommend!

So far so good
Location: Inside my vehicle with a/c off.Placement: Over steering wheel, very snug and stays put.Usage: Couple of times for about an hour or so at a time.Weather: 80° sunny, high humidity. So it wasn't that hot!Caution: *If You run it without water it's just a fan blowing warm air. So, don't forget to carry a water bottle because it runs out quickly and that's what keeps you cool by creating a cool mist. I used icy water first, + refilled with room temperature water and it still cooled down fine. You'll need about 15 oz bottle extra for about an hour or so depending on humidity.Practicality: good, but does drip a tiny bit, you'll need to wipe it down just a little.Longevity: Too soon to judgeSo far I like it!

Worth the price
This fan will help bring a temp down. I got it for my car, no AC. 85 degrees and below it was easier to cool, it doesnt get arctic cold bc that’s a high temp but the fan does do what it’s supposed to. Makes a warm temp less warm. 86 and up it isn’t noticeable. It will cool down barely warm, cool or cold temp to ice cold. The misters work on and off and I like them but whatever lol not really concerned. It works while charging. Rotates and can be hung upside down or sideways too. I had mine on my car’s sun visors. It’s worth the price and I’d recommend. Real review. I think i’ve had it around 3 months.

Only works with a power bank
This fan only works with a power bank. But it works well with the power bank and it works for like six or seven hours at a time. I see other people having completely different experiences with theirs saying that theirs don't work with power banks, or that they work for just an hour or two with a power bank so I'm not really sure what's going on there... But mine consistently works for six or seven hours with all of my power banks. And it works really well. It has a really long distance area of coverage, which is really awesome. I use it from about 10 or 12 ft away and it's very strong on high still. And I use it without water and it's very cooling.

Not worthwhile
Fan air flow is only adequate on the highest setting. The mist is so weak once you start pushing a stroller or moving it in any way, the air movement dissipates the stream. Because of the design, position ability is very limited.I tested few fans and any other fan in the same price range performed much better at cooling because the lack of a water reservoir and mister allows for a larger, more flexible fan.

Update... Not a great way to beat the heat on the golfcourse...
I used this little fan today and it made my game so much more comfortable until the battery ran out. So I thought no big deal I'll just plug it into the USB charger, the problem is that it won't run while it is plugged in‐ who makes a fan like that? You expect a fan to run when you plug it in! At first I fully charged it and then filled the ice compartment before clipping it to the side of my golfcart. The battery only lasted for about an hour on high, certianly not long enough for the full 18 holes of golf. I carried a cup of ice water and used it to refresh the ice compartment twice during the hour it worked. I left it plugged in once it died and when it got a little bit of a charge again I was able to use it a short time longer. Definitely not worth the time, money and effort. I had such high hopes for this little fan, but I guess I need to keep searching... Oh and then after using it for a month, the clamp broke so I am no longer able the attach it to my cart. Such a let down.

Will not charge
This fan does not have enough out put of air to cool in the hot southern summer. Also, after a few months of not using it, I decided to try it during a power outage at home.. I plugged it in to a portable charger, the light came on as red, indicating it was charging, but even after 24 hours of charging, the light is still red. It should have been fully charged (green light) hours ago. It will not even operate for 15 seconds, even while on the charger. So now it is useless unless this issue can be resolved.
