I recently tried the Arctic Air Jet Portable Air Cooler and I’m really impressed with how convenient it is. It’s compact, lightweight, and easy to move from room to room. It puts out a nice cool breeze and is great for keeping me comfortable when I don’t want to run the full AC. I also like that it’s simple to set up and doesn’t take up much space. It works especially well when placed close to you, like on a desk, nightstand, or next to the couch. For a small personal air cooler, it does exactly what I need it to do. Convenient, easy to use, and definitely helpful on hot days. I would recommend it!

The first day of use: We followed the directions exactly, they are very simple, it looked like a wonderful product. I sent this email on July 7th to the email listed in the manual describing the issues. "Hello, We just opened this and started using it. The unit on High with one of the cool jets, works fine. With the power on, both cooling jets light up and the fan immediately turns off. If only one cooling jet is on, it will continue to run on High, If it’s running on High, and we press the icon for cooling jets, to turn the other cooling jet on, both lights are lit, and the fan cuts off immediately. On Medium, and Slow, it will run with both cooling jets and lights on. When turning the fan on High, both cooling jet lights come on, and the fan shuts off immediately. So our question is: Can we have both cooling jets turned on, with the fan on high? We cannot seem to get it to work that way. We did not overfill it. Any suggestions you have would be greatly appreciated" !The response I got on July 8th was, "We are committed to providing the best products and friendliest customer service. I apologize for the inconvenience of not having access to the manual. I have added images of the manual below. I hope that this assists you with the use of your product." I emailed them back, also on July 8th. "Hi, thanks very much for responding. It did come with the manual, I never mentioned that it didn’t, and we have followed the instructions exactly. My problem is not the manual, it’s a specific issue, and I really tried to be detailed. Can you please look at my email that I had sent again, and maybe you could tell me what to do? I hate to return this one and get another and then have the same problem. Then I would have to return two of them and I sure don’t want to do that"! As of this date, July 11th, I have not heard a word back from them. I took it straight to the UPS store and returned it. I cannot recommend this product.

Fantastic Product ✨🤌Am very satisfied with this one. I got a Arctic Air fan a few years ago and was very unpleasantly Disappointed by It because It didn't do what was promised but this one has Redeemed that very well I much like this new one because It's way better then the other one I got before. I like It because It's strong, long lasting and helps a lot. I much like the updated Ice tank Idea Instead of putting the ice on top It holds Ice water Inside so the chill lasts longer. I also had another one similar that had a water feature but was even worse however this one Is by far the best by Arctic Air and I really love It. Advice to anyone who wants It about this product. To power on You need to press the button twice for It to stay one and twice again to turn off. Disclaimer: The jets do not light up... From a review I saw... The fan part lights up not the jets... Read the Instructions... It dose actually work and If your Is faulty call the company or return to Amazon the fan dose work... If It turns off right away press the fan button twice It will work. It works If you know how to do It right. Mine works just fine. Just press the power button twice really fast that's all you have to do...

I wasn't expecting such a small portable cooler to make much of a difference, but the Arctic Air Ice Jet X3 pleasantly surprised me. With summer temperatures climbing, I wanted something I could use at home, especially in my living room and kitchen. Setup was incredibly simple—just add water, plug it in with the included USB-C cord, and choose your preferred settings. I really like that it offers both single and dual mist modes. This helped make the airflow feel noticeably cooler and more refreshing than a standard fan. The three speed settings let me adjust the airflow depending on how warm the room felt. One of my favorite features is the adjustable airflow direction. I was able to point the cool air exactly where I needed it, whether I was working at my desk or relaxing on the couch. The lightweight design also makes it easy to move from room to room. The built-in LED mood light is a nice bonus, especially at night. It adds a relaxing atmosphere without being too bright. I also appreciated that the water tank lasted several hours before needing a refill. While it won't replace a full-size air conditioner in a large room, it's excellent for personal cooling. Overall, the Arctic Air Ice Jet X3 is convenient, easy to use, and a great option for anyone looking for portable cooling at home, in the office, or on the go.

I bought this to use during a vacation while the East Coast heat dome was in effect. Unfortunately, it arrived too late for that, but when I returned to the office, the HVAC system had been struck by lightning while I was gone and it was under repair. I filled this with ice and distilled water per the recommendations, and sure enough, it definitely kept my cubicle cooler because the second I stepped out of the fan zone. I was completely surprised that something so affordable worked so well. While I would never choose this over air-conditioning, (and I don’t think it’s going to work well outside if there’s a breeze) it will come in really handy if you’re sitting still and just trying to deal with a too-warm environment. If you need your immediate indoor surroundings 5 degrees or so cooler, I really recommend this product. Another benefit is when paired with decent noise cancelling headphones, you can escape all the background office noise because the fan drones out the surrounding teams calls and the headphones block out the fan.

Fan is absolutely beautiful and works well. Light Colors are perfect. But the mister, not so much. The filter pads went bad quick (nasty smelling) and the mister failed on one side. Upon cleaning pads and putting them back in, the mister made a terrible noise. I think the tiny holes themselves are also clogged. I tried looking for new pads online and was unable to locate them to replace and would need a way of cleaning where the water sprays. I did not yet completely take apart. Design is good but needs replacement pads and instructions on proper cleaning of the mister spray. It also came with a usb cord and no adapter. It must be 7.5 watts or higher according to the lady I spoke with on the phone. It worked on laptop. It would be nice to go back to wall corded appliances as this does not have a re-chargeable battery hence no need for a usb cord. Size is good and airflow is good. The cooling ability was good when sitting in front of it. There was no leakage because it was not moved. I would like to see the mister and pads updated on this piece because I did like the durability of the plastic. Was it worth it? Well the fan and light still work so cut the price in half.

This compact cooler has been a lifesaver for keeping me comfortable while I work in my home office, as it is surprisingly powerful for its small size and effectively cools the immediate area exactly where I need it. Setting it up is incredibly simple because I just add water and ice to get an instant, refreshing blast of air. While I definitely notice the sound of the fan, it is a worthwhile trade-off for staying comfortable during my daily tasks. I am quite frustrated, however, that it only includes a USB-C cord and does not come with a charging brick in the box. Despite that annoyance, it remains a fantastic and energy-efficient solution that has made managing the Florida heat much easier to handle.

This fan is cool with the light changing modes. Had a little trouble getting it to work at first but figured it out. The only thing I dont like is its not wireless would make it way more portable. I like the misting feature and fan tilt and perfect size for desk or outside on porch. Didn't notice any leakage from misting feature. Very easy to get it ready to use. Cooling performance is great for a small fan.
