does noot cut very well
Very shallow flutes, does not remove much material. This cutter was for stainless steel.Maybe okay on mild steel. Would load up flutes too quick on soft metals aluminum, brass, etc.

diameter not 1/4"!
package says "1/4" Shank", actual shank diameter is ~0.235". couldn't get my router collet to grab it.
