Well worth the cost
Item was as shown in the ad. The OS was not activated but that was promptly addressed.

Great computer!
The speed is fast and I'm able to use this computer to work from home. I will say that the condition of the case was not great condition. It has scratches, black spot on bottom, and a film on it but overall the functionality is great and it is lightweight.

Don’t waste your time
Apparently, they have a different definition for excellent. It scratched pretty significantly. The rubber feet on the bottom are half missing so it wobbles and it’s supposed to have two USB-C ports, but it has one and the fan was clogged with dust and cat fur also it’s supposed to have nvme ssd but it’s sata. I haven’t even turned it on. It’s going straight back. I wish people would learn to describe their items correctly because this is just a waste of time and money. Lesson learned. I know who not to buy from going forward.

This is a great product for the amount of money that you're spending will do most of the things that you will need to get done.

Second Computer, Not Great
I ordered this computer and received the first one very quickly. It was touchscreen which was GREAT but the screen flickered so much that I couldn’t see to do my homework. I had to send it back and get a new. This new one isn’t a touchscreen which is a little disappointing but not a deal breaker, however, if I fully charge the battery, it is completely dead in about 3-4 hours. This is frustrating.

Very good laptop
I usually get Dell refurbished laptops this one is excellentBe careful when ordering I thought I was getting a laptop with a1 tb hard drive and 32 gigs of Ram. But this was my fault and notthe vendor... The computer is fast I use the computer for personal use andstore Music files on it. The laptop is great for surfing the web. I'm not a gamerbut it may do well. I'm happy with it
