Q: What is the shelf life of an opened bottle of Monin syrup?

I used several bottles of different Monin syrup. The passion fruit is so good It usually doesn't hang around long. I gave a bottle to my daughter in April. She doesn't use it much, but I made a drink with it just yesterday and it tasted as good as ever. Hope this helps. YMMV

Q: Do you have to refrigerate after opening this and other syrups?

No. Just reread the label and don't see anything about refrigerating it. I only buy the Monon passion fruit to make Zombie mixed drinks.

Q: What material is the bottle made of?

The bottle is glass. Sidebar while I love these products this flavor had a weird aftertaste that I didn’t enjoy.
