What is the shelf life of an opened bottle of Monin syrup?

I used several bottles of different Monin syrup. The passion fruit is so good It usually doesn't hang around long. I gave a bottle to my daughter in April. She doesn't use it much, but I made a drink with it just yesterday and it tasted as good as ever. Hope this helps. YMMV

Do you have to refrigerate after opening this and other syrups?

No. Just reread the label and don't see anything about refrigerating it. I only buy the Monon passion fruit to make Zombie mixed drinks.

What material is the bottle made of?

The bottle is glass. Sidebar while I love these products this flavor had a weird aftertaste that I didn’t enjoy.
