Works great but not super long! DON'T SLEEP IN IT!
Works great for about 10-15 minutes after that it starts to heat up. We'll put it in the freezer or fridge so it's even colder and it will last longer but not terribly much. My wife fell asleep in it and woke up and it was like someone microwaved it! DO NOT sleep in it! It will only make your headache worse! Now I'm sure the common knowledge but it would be great if you could just sleep with it, because my wife has a hard time sleeping because of headaches so getting relaxed then having to wake yourself up to take it off just because it gets hot kinds sucks! But if you don't sleep in it, it does work great! And does provide relief!

this thing is awesome.
I have been using this everyday, I use it at room temp most of the time and it is still cool enough and helps me go to sleep faster.

Doesn't stay cold long
I do really like this texture and the feeling of it when it's cold but it really doesn't stay cold longer than 20 minutes and my migraines need something more powerful.
