This chocolate is so amazing! Melts perfectly and has the most delicious taste. I bought the brand name chocolate melt and it wasn’t as great! So happy with my purchase. The amount you get pays for itself and more. Amazing value! It hardens pretty well. About 5-7 minutes for firmness and I purchased the color white (I already had dyes) and I’m in the middle of purchasing another one right now for an upcoming party.

I used this chocolate to make chocolate dipped pretzel rods. Worked well.. smooth and tasted great!

Ive been making my own candy and desserts for awhile now. The kind of chocolate I normally used wasn’t available so I tried some others. Most were okay but not what I was used to. One even shorted me almost an entire pound of product 🤨. This arrived and I put it thru the courses, it has been perfect and I would say even much better at melting and the flavor profile is better than my original product… oh, and when I weighed it I actually received an extra ounce. I highly recommend this product for home bakers and candy making

I purchased this as the top layer of bark for holiday gifts. I also purchased some from another specialty chocolate maker. Well, Hoosier Hill Farm had a much better flavor, in my opinion. I melted the wafers by putting them in a glass baking pan in a warm (not hot) oven. The wafers melted smoothly and were easy to pour and spread as the top layer of bark. The flavor is very good - not overly sweet (it’s white chocolate, so it is going to be quite sweet anyway) and not heavily flavored with vanilla or other flavorings. The color is not yellow, and also not chalk white (some brands are “super white”). In the recipe the white chocolate has a smooth mouth feel and doesn’t compete with the other flavors in the bark. I’m going to try the brown chocolate from this brand, for sure.
