These bars are very good and a great snack. I love them because they're vegetarian.

These are my favorite go to bar. They are gluten, dairy, yeast free which is hard to find. Also tree nut free even harder to find (though says may contain tree nuts because of equipment). They have good amount of fiber and low sugar compared to similar products or when trying to get in quick fiber. I have spinal cord injury causing loss of control of bowel and bladder and require a lot of fiber but not sugar. This has been a medical help to me as well as being delicious, never hard to chew and I have sensitive teeth and TMJ, fresh and yummy and I definitely recommend unless they are discontinued in which case, nevermind cause I want them all to myself!

Been eating these daily for some time now and for the most part they are good tasting and consistent and healthy. Occasionally I'll get a pack of hard nasty ones for some reason, not sure why. I also wish amazon would ship these things in a box especially when I order 5 boxes at a time!

The peanut butter variety is really good - even has a slight peanut butter taste. I will order these again.
