Does this work with other catan games, and will it hold more than one? I'm particulary interested in Catan+plus expansion and game of thrones.

We fit Catan + Seafarers + Cities and Knights in here. Only the 4 player sets, not 6 player. It fits well for us. Not sure if the other answerers have the 6 player expansions as well.

It can fit the catan game and one expansion

Will this hold the base game and 5-6 player expansion (with all cards in sleeves)?

Not sleeved. Before I sleeved absolutely. I have several expansions though, so I pulled my sleeved cards into a separate card case. You can see photos in my review, if that would help.
