SIGG - Thermo Flask - Hot & Cold ONE Insulated Water Bottle - With Tea Filter - Leakproof - BPA Free - 18/8 Stainless Steel - Grey - 0.3L / 0.5L

Bought the electric blue bottle, feels very well made with a nice soft powder-coated finish on the outside. Colour's not as neon-blue as it looks in the amazon images.The wide-opening mouth makes it easy to fill with ice or fruit. The lid feels well made and easy to use one-handed, though the button to open the lid is a little stiff. It's also easy to clean with no straws or small holes to breed mould/bacteria/etc. The bottle fits my normal-sized car cup holders well.You can position the drinking spout in three different locations so you can drink from the front, right or left. This feels like a slightly odd and unnecessary design - if the spout was the same shape all the way round, you'd be able to drink from any angle without having to remove and reposition the spout!The strainer is small and plastic and was difficult to get off. It doesn't give you a lot of space for fruit or tea bags and the hols are too large to allow you to use loose leaf tea. Don't think I'll be using it but the bottle works fine without it.Drinks keep cold really well - half a bottle of ice cubes will easily last 12 hours or more without melting completely. Haven't used it for hot drinks but insulation is certainly effective so should be good.

I bought a 'SIGG Unisex Outdoor Hot and Cold Brushed Water Bottle' this year and it is THE most amazing bottle I have ever had. The quality is amazing. It also comes with a removable tea "filter" (for lack of better word. It stops loose tea from coming out of the bottle and therefore, stops you from drinking bits of tea!)I would recommend it to everyone! And amazing as a gift too. If I make tea and pour just-boiled water into it straight from the kettle, I'm not able to drink it for hours! That to me is a great testament to how well-insulated it is. I just make tea in a water jug and after a couple of mins, I pour it into the flask.I haven't tried cold drinks with it but it is AMAZING for hot drinks. The size is also perfect. 0.5 litres last me half a day, and if I'm out longer than that, I make tea in it again (I carry tea with me everywhere!). I think if it was larger, the weight would stop me from carrying it with me, so for me, this size is perfect.HOWEVER.... The packaging isn't completely recyclable because the front of the cardboard box has that little plastic window/film that lets you see the product in the box. It's a sacrifice I'm willing to make, as the quality of the bottle & reusing it makes up for the packaging. I can have hot drinks poured into it if I go to coffee shops for example and never use unrecyclable coffee cups etc!

Easy to fill and clean. Keeps my cold drink cold for a long time.

I bought this bottle for everyday use , and I use it at work , I'll sum up pros and consPros- keeps liquid cold for an extremely long period of time- drinking nozzle is odd however is actually excellent- design and overall build is very good and very attractiveCons- black finish wouldn't last a day , I've wrapped mine in amalgamating tape (idea from another reviewer) to protect it , which works well- lid/top has come loose after 5 days usage , will need to be replaced within 2 weeks for sure , and at £10 for a like for like replacement , is not a viable option long termMy advice : for casual use or if you don't work outdoors , this is perfect , genuinely excellent. But if you use this outdoors or have a more gritty lifestyle this will need some upgrades (tape wrap and a non flip top)Overall I would buy this again.

This is a very well designed flask that has a nice matt finish. The best features are:1. The size - this fits easily into my car's cup holders (most flasks didn't).2. The quick release/lock - the flask can be locked and opened easily with one hand and does not leak. I've purchased several flasks from other manufacturers that claimed to do this and all leaked.The flask keeps the drink hot/cold for the times described.It is a little difficult to clean well due to the size of the opening but this is still bigger than some other competitors. The surface fish will scratch and I dented my flask after dropping it but it did not cause a puncture to the steel.Overall the best flask of this size I've bought.

Keeps my hot water longer than 9 hours. Indeed spill-free. Recommended.

Bought these specifically to take fizzy drinks and keep them cool.Brilliant at what it does, keeps things cool perfectly. The two part top is more complicated than it needs to be, but it works.Very happy

This is an expensive water bottle, but I know that high quality costs money. And yes, it's very much worth the money, or at least I thought so until I dropped it and the top broke (see photo). The top is made of brittle plastic that very easily breaks. Yes, one can buy new tops separately, but one shouldn't have to if they'd have made the tops of better quality less brittle plastic in the first place. Also, much is made of it being "Designed and engineered in Switzerland" whilst conveniently keeping quiet about it BEING MADE IN CHINA. So I'm sorry but what would have been a five star review is now a one star review. No, I wouldn't buy it again, not considering how much it costs.
