Basic "bolt on" receiver hitch for an ATV/UTV
I bought this for my 2024 Honda Rancher 450. It had a factory pin hitch on it but I wanted a receiver hitch and Honda did not make an accessory one.The bolt that this receiver hitch came with was not long enough to go through both holes and get a solid grip so I had to go to the hardware store and buy another that was 15mm longer. Those size and length of bolts in grade 8 run about $3/piece so figure that in as well if you have a Honda. There was no metric in that size so I bought a very similar sized SAE and a new nylon locknut. So I was out about $5 extra.After I got everything as tight as I physically could I think it'll hold fine. My fear is that a heavy load and sudden bump might jerk the hitch askew but so far, so good. I have no worries about anything failing though as the material is solid and the bolt is rather large.I already had one but you will need a hitch adapter that's shorter than one that's meant for a truck as a long one will only go in so far. Plenty of those on Amazon as well.

This is useless, don’t buy
This hitch is useless. I’ve put it on my ATV and went to put my Reese hitch into it and it doesn’t slide all the way in. I have three different Reese hitches and none of them slide in far enough to put the pin through, all they had to do was make this half an inch deeper. Why would you make it like this? Also, the bolt is too short that goes through the hitch so the nut barely goes over the bolt. I have no use for this and it’s too late to return it, do not buy.

Great product with one glaring issue.
Well made, heavy enough steel, good welds. But!! As other's have commented in their reviews, the bolt is too short. My intent is to mount it on a Honda Rancher ATV. There is not even enough exposed threads to start the nut with the included washer's, which are needed. Too bad. Without that problem, it would be a 5 star deal. However, I would still recommend the hitch, with that precaution.
