I take one capsule every morning, and I do believe it has improved my digestive issues.

The probiotics supplement does what it says it will do. It is easy to use because instructions for daily dosage are included. This probiotic is at a higher than minimum potency. It also has prebiotic to feed the healthly gut bacteria. My digestion is nothing spectacular...which is exactly what I want...no gut drama. It was to be helping my IBS also. I started this probiotic supplement and I stay regular and feel good. I definitely noticed a change for the better in my digestion. It is easy to swallow, dont taste bad, no stomach upset and seem to be keeping me more regular. So far so good! Will likely buy this probiotic again.

I've been taking these probiotics for a while now, and my impression is that they are definitely doing their job. I've read scientific studies about the benefits of probiotics for gut health, and this product seems to support those findings. I bought this product because it contains both pre and probiotics, plus it is triple strength. I have no idea if it's working as I haven't noticed a difference. However I don't have any issues, so I wouldn't know. Just taking it because I have a poor diet. My only complaint is the labeling. The text is in white on a light green background and the font is so small it's impossible for me to read. What were they thinking? I'll continue to take, but next time will probably choose a different product where you can read directions easily.

I think these are really hard to beat, especially for the price. They contain many different strains which are all listed by name. It contains many of the strains that have been studied to be beneficial. I have had reduced stomach issues since using these.

As analyzes showed after taking this probiotic, the microflora was restored after prolonged use. The stool stabilized and became regular, pain in the lower abdomen disappeared, a healthy appetite appeared. This is an excellent probiotic to maintain intestinal health, on which immunity depends, absorption of useful benefits from food, vitamins. Very satisfactory without any adverse discomfort. Ideal for when food is exceeded, or food intake that takes time to digest, protecting and restoring the bact flora. I am constantly buying and I am satisfied. It's not burdensome to swallow and it's good. this did have some effect on constipation.

I’ve purchased these multiple times because I love these probiotics so much. Ever since I’ve been taking them I have way less stomach issues. Also love the cost, as some other high quality products/prebiotics usually cost much more. Highly recommend.

These weren’t bad but weren’t anything special. They are helpful with their intended purpose but I have found that there are more effective ones than these. Not disappointed at all I just found things that work better for me than these. Definitely worth giving these a go and if they work well for you hopefully you find a new staple within your wellness care.
