I started taking these 6 months ago to support brain, body and sleep health. These taste surprisingly good compared to previous gummy supplements I've tried and don't have that grainy texture that some do. These have made a difference in my sleep and I get deeper consistent sleep to the point my wife has now started taking them too. Magnesium supplements have a bunch of different versions depending on what it is bonded with. Each of those different supplements have unique advantages or health advantages, but also having varying absorption rates and percentages. These seem like a good balance and I highly recommend.Pro:-Great taste-Smooth, non-grainy texture-Improve sleep healthCon:-Blend may not provide large enough targeted support for specific functions like G.I. if that is the intent of taking the supplements. Recommend one of the specialty versions for something like that.

A coworker of mine has been trying to convince everyone at work for a very long time now that we all need to start taking magnesium. I’ve blow her off for probably a year. After experiencing Lexapro withdraw for the last two months and being very irritable, I decided I’d give anything a try that might help with my sleep, anxiety, mood, digestion, etc.I chose this item because I wanted the Benefits associated with several types of magnesium. I’ve been taking it as directed for one week. I immediately noticed on the first night (and each night since) that it helps me fall asleep as good or better than melatonin. By day two i noticed an big improvement in constipation symptoms (TMI, I know, but I want to be completely honest). The dizziness and nausea I’ve been experiencing from Lexapro withdrawal, as well as the irritability, have improved slightly this week too. Maybe it’s just because time is passing, but maybe it’s this supplement???I DO NOT like cherry flavored things as they always taste like cough syrup to me, but this gummy is perfectly tolerable…. Even a little tasty if I do say so. I can taste that trademark Zinc flavor with the second chew each night, but it’s nothing as bad as like a Zinc lozenge or anything! Perfectly tolerable.It’s pricey, but so far I’m happy with it.

2 days in and my quads and glutes stopped cramping (used to have around 3 per hour) as much… hopeful that it will only continue to improve

They changed something within the last year. Been taking these for a while and significantly helped with my restless leg syndrome.. but with the new gummies, my restless legs come back every morning. Disappointed. The consistency and taste of the gummy is also different. Very sticky and hard to get off your teeth and less tasty. I'll be looking for a new magnesium gummy.

I love to take magnesium but only find in capsules that are too big to swallow. This is a great alternative and love the taste and ease of talking a much needed mineral source!! I am also sleeping better by being able to access this more easily.
