wondering if the plot is good? have a 30-book long TBR and wondering which book to compromise? dont worry i got u :))1. the plot- the plot is good. not the best YA ive read so far but original enough for me. pacing is fast but understandable. good.2. characters- okay. personal ick here. dont like the name 'riden' or 'alosa' but maybe thats personal preference. tbh the only thing that keeps me interested in books in the characters, and these were kinda trash sorry. major problem.3. cover page was pretty. fits well into ur bookshelf and a good edition. quality was good and the chapter headings were GORGEOUS.overall- meh. idk. go for it. not excellent but ok. major 7/10 :|

Loved the characters and the plotting of the story.

This book had been sitting on my TBR for way too long, and I finally decided to pick it up. It started off in an interesting way, though the beginning felt a bit slow. Thankfully, it picked up quickly and the fast pace had me hooked.From the start, I couldn’t help thinking that Alosa was just one reckless girl—I mean, how did she expect to outsmart larger-than-life pirates all on her own?This is probably something I would’ve loved when I was 16. It was a good read, but I think I wasn’t as satisfied because I had such high hopes for it.As tempting as it is to continue the series, the sequel isn’t at the top of my list right now. But I’ll probably get to it someday, just to see how it all ends.

The media could not be loaded. Perfect enemies to lover, too much banter trope. I liked this book better than the second. FMC is amazing.

I really loved this book and i bought it's 2 one too...the story is so great that i completed the book in 2 days......Everyone should buy this .... because I'll give more than 5 stars 🤩
